:( bfast was full of fail

well the day started out awesome
and so i stopped at my deli and got a hardboiled egg
my usual bfast of happy

90 minutes later waves of nausea and an ashen complexion sent me home
apparently i am still grey

i now can keep down tea and (we're at what 6 hours since i ate the egg) one small piece of mozzarella cheese.

ugh

so much for gypsy jazz tonight
