sleepy
tired
did not sleep in even once all weekend
starting new diet
everything is changing
had fun co-hosting last night
so much talent in one bar

yawn
can someone sponsor a vacation for me please
very much need more sleepy, more sunshine, and to feel some grass under my feet
maybe even play some croquet on a flat and soft lawn with a mint julep in my hand and some corn bbq-ing in the fire - oh wait, that's not on my diet

sigh. i want to feel playful - it's there, hinting that it might come out, but work is squishing it. squish squish sqiush.

yeah it definitely is difficult. i have my own body issues but overall have some healthy tips that my mom instilled in me.

what is your plan...what do you currently eat??

here is a sample of what i ate yesterday...and it is alot!! but so much protien, and goodness.
so yesterday i did really good even though i felt like i was eating all throughout the day.

breakfast: 3 eggwhites with onions, spinach, and a few sprinkles of goat cheese
snack at 10am: .5 cup lowfat plain yogurt with frozen berries and this granola stuff i made from raw oats, protien powder and cinimon..it is so good :) yum
lunch: veggie griller with bannana pepper and mustard
snack at 2pm: 1 cup shredded cabbage
snack at 4pm: .5 cup lowfat yogurt
snack at 5:30pm: .5 cup cottage cheese and .5 cup sf jello -- i was so hungry when i got home i didnt want to binge while cooking
dinner at 7: .5 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup zuchini sauted with garlic, 1/2 broccoli, lite tofu and 1 fried egg
desert: 1 cup strawberries and a teaspoon of honey

Total: 1079!!

wow - what a yummy day you had!

yesterday this was me:
2 liters of water
2 eggs - scrambled
1 serving non fat raspberry yogurt
2 servings non fat deli turkey
1 serving almonds
2 servings chicken (no skin)
4 servings asparagus
3c coffee w/ non fat milk and sugar subst.
1/2 c non fat cottage cheese

not bad...
