dude. the stephen king thing... for me, it was tommyknockers. the hero was standing in a buffet line at a party and was watching this woman just ahead of him. she was picking through the food, liking her fingers. king described the woman as she bit into a sandwich. the mayonnaise sqeezed out of the sides of the delicacy and king said something about its color and texture, comparing it to bull semen. i actually gagged. and simultaneously, i fell in love. man, he's good at being gross.
