i am trying an experiment
since my work day is all about sitting and computer
and when i get home i sit at computer to write
and that's a whole lotta sitting
plus it feels like time for deliberate activity is hard to come by
i am going to start rocking out stairs
up from muni
up the 12 flights to my office
etc.
just did my first trek up the 12 floors
and it was hard - but kinda cool
just wish i didn't breath so loud when i get outta breath
onwards and upwards i suppose

these are the little things, but they really add up. and then it's not like having to drag your ass to the gym. you can just work your exercise into your daily life. 8)
