had physical therapy bright and early this morning and my shoulders are singing. apparently it's good if it moves out of your arms and into your shoulders, which is happening, so ow but yay. today is a short day of work with a full roster of work to do so we'll see how it goes. i am feeling kinda grumpy but with no real reason for it. oh - except no breakfast - so yea - we'll see how it goes.
