emchythe brief update?
i drank four espresso shots inside of two cups of coffee and dipped homemade chocolate chip cookies in those beverages before 10am
went from bouncy bouncy to crashy crash
add cramps in there and a growing work pile that is threatening to crush me
and i haven't taken my vitamins and health stuff yet for the day
means i want to go home and crawl onto the couch and watch movies all day
that's it
