i think i just had the most tired day of my whole life. really. i woke up tired - but rested enough for no more sleep. i ate and was tired. i drank coffee and was tired. i had a miscommunication and got cranky about it and was tired. cleared that up - still tired. etc etc and so on. boring right? right... i am assuming the body is sitll dealing with the bad food from yesterday and that is the issue but it sucks to be miserable and tired all day when you are doing things that you would usually enjoy.
so i will tell you all second - i announce it for reals tomorrow but, the radio show is back. lynnee and emchy with occasional help from kegger are back on the pirate airwaves making it safe for queerbots once again. i am excited. it will be fun. sundays from 8 -10pm. good times. we start next week. wheee. now i have to get all of the details set up but it's pretty exciting.
and some other good art stuff is going on - yay art. i have a tues and a weds deadline... wow i know what tomorrow night is all about.
trying to figure out how to go to the gym more. it gave me more energy. i want more energy that isn't caffeine based... and of course the holidays are coming. definately need more exercise to put up with and work out all of the family shit. maybe tomorrow i take the gyn shoes back to the office and try to start hitting lunches again.
oh tonight i ran out into the street from my house with no shoes on in the rain to make the bus stop for my friend. shockingly - it worked. i held the bus (running only once an hour) for about 2 minutes while she came downstairs from the apt. it was cool. i don't think i have ever stopped a bus in bare feet before and certainly not in the rain.

big salad with romaine lettuce & blue cheese dressing
5oz NY strip steak
two diet cokes
4 slices of nori seaweed
