breakfast
2 organic eggs scrambled with two tbsps organic red salsa
2 slices organic bacon
3 cups cafe mam mocha java coffee with cream and splenda
one glass water
one dose pre-natal multi vitamin (b/c they are the most complete - i am not trying to get pregnant fyi)
two thyroid supplement pills
1/2 lb burger w/mayo & mustard - no bun
3 lettuce leaves
4 cheese samples
one cup coffee with cream and splenda
one diet coke
12 small cubes of various cheeses
1 tbsp cajun mustard
1 serving catfish w/ caper tampenade
1 serving spinach sauteed in garlic w/ cherry tomatoes
2 glasses wine
