better with fog

spent the rest of the day - omg is it already past five!!! - cooking pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and pork chops with rosemary and olive oil... we'll see how that works out. but the house feels super cozy mellow all blanketed in fog with the warm lights on inside. somehow with all of the sunshine i was feeing pressure and urgency to GO OUT - ENJOY THE DAY - HURRY HURRY - once i accepted that i missed the window of sun somehow it all got better. rooster is organizing the office and making the shelves work for her so the sound of mix tapes and power drills keep drifting into the living room and sounding all domestic with a nice early 90's new wave sort of beat.

i had more i wanted to do today but my arms are just so fucked. tried to cut the pumpkin and had to call rooster in to do it. got some shooting pains sort of things at different points to day so i am being extra chill and trying not to do too much. no bliks on the wall for me tonight.

feel good though. maybe this is what i needed to actually let go and feel a bit relaxed.
