flipping off myself
Dec. 1st, 2005 12:20 pmi just went from happy, to shocked, to devasted, to betrayed, to crushed, to so incredibly sad, to maybe i need to leave work so i can go home and sob again because people suck so badly, to paused, to breathing deeply, to trying again, to embarrassed, to relieved, to dumb assed but happy again, albeit with a grain of salt.
the lessons?
1. if you are going to call an old friend that there are potential emotional grenades, make sure to dial the number correctly
2. if you call and the number is disconnected, and the recording says check the number, really, check the number before you decide that someone gave you a fake number
3. maybe don't make said emotionally expensive call from your CUBE where people will see you if you freak out
