exhausted with burning eyes and a broken toe i drink coffee coffee coffee to try and make it through this day. i missed the show last night. something about go go going all day without nearly enough food or water on an 80 degree day that involved some exercise and breaking my toe, and the getting a big skin split under the same toe... i was too vulnerable. when at 11 the lady offered to take care of me and buy me dinner and i almost broke into tears, i knew that the self care of ewating had to win out over going to the show. i hope the friend wasn't too disappointed or that the folks i said i would meet there think i am mz. flaky flake.

my foot looks fine - though it FEELS like i am walking around with a bloody stump.
sigh. today is full for the brain. the second six day work week in a row.and tomorrow will be reading reading reading the history of the new job and getting ready for the rollercoaster.

dream saturday is to go for a walk, go to the meeting, come back home and watch movies with L., C.,D., L., K. or A. but only one of them for good quality time. and the next week, rotate to the other - until i have seen all the movies i miss and am so relaxed that i smile and laugh all the time.

i don't feel very smiley right now - but the coffee should kick in soon...
