they say a sprain hurts more than a break

 so the cough is leaving. i mean it's hanging around with goodbye hugs and stuff but slowly it's making its way out the door. sadly though it's leaving it's friend. the cough strained / pulled / fucked up some muscles in my neck / back / chest to the point of crazy bad pain where my neck is a broken stem trying to hold up my far too heavy head. the fact that i have to computer work for the day job yesterday and today seems to be making it worse. good times. so now i can ow ow ow my way into the new year. at least the muscle hurty won't stop me from breathing though.
