i had lunch with an old friend today
we talked a lot about where i am in my life
how he has seen things go and change

and he told me that of all his friends
he sees me as a breath of fresh air
everytime

just hearing that
put some spring back in my step

Unfortunately, Sherilyn and I were both home sick yesterday. She's been sick for so long now (11 days) that I'm starting to worry.
