things are slowly feeling better
work is at least busy today and that is helping
taking some initiative on projects that are more interesting and got some feedback that my work does make a difference

blah

i saw on american idol last night this women who is a postal carrier
you know - i could be happy doing that - out in the world, walking around, putting things where they are supposed to go...

walking the dog in the rain yesterday felt so good
just to be moving and to be in my own skin and getting drenched
i think that i don't pay enough attention to how much i love the outdoors

i want to throw away the 9-5, but am staying practical for the moment
at least it will afford me to buy a drink or two tonight
