I didn't get to tell you that your piece made me want to give you a big hug. That even though I know that you now know you weren't the one to blame, it made me hurt for the part of you that once believed you were.

I'm not sure I'm saying that quite right, so I hope you know what I mean. If not, I'll try to clarify.

And I've always admired how so much of your writing peels back your skin and puts your heart on display.
