i don't k now why every 3 months or so my computer decides to not play nice. it's having an identity crisis and won't assign itself an ip address or a network identity. i guess it wants to go train hopping and create new selves for itself. meanwhile - i want to sit on my couch and check email as opposed to doing so on roosters computer which is all secure in its identity, and address, and has no mobile intentions at all. it's got it's DSL and is happy with it. sigh. soon i will have to finally hook up the modem that means my laptop can connect to its own home base. sigh. headache #24654 coming soon to an emchy near you.

is it going to be warm today? i see the sun - but dammit i need some warm.
