emchyalrighty - so excited - first haircut in 12 months happening in t minus 4 hours - i am SO EXCITED! and it's a new hairdresser and she is fucking cool and and and
so needless to say i am trying to work fast so I can take breaks and look at thesix european and artsy hair mags that are in the cindy/charlotte archives. brought them all to work with me yay!
managed to get *most* of last nights radio show ripped from the webcast and burned onto a CD. there were definately some problems - part of the show got covered over by the next DJ and i didn't divide up the recording into tracks - so now i have one long 41 minute track - but it is fun to listen to the rough version at work and rock out to the metal and remember the fun it was last night - good times
some struggles last night - sadness filling rooms and people needing ears and hugs and comfort. in a separate coversation i got described as the soul salve. i guess that means i am a good listener.
today feels better. in general. better. lots of coffee. bagel. flip flops. and some general rowdiness. the thing i forget is that - regardless of whether i know the music or not - listening to most metal and punk make me get very aggro and rowdy in the most wonderful way - now if only i was at a back yard bbq drinking tequila and beer instead of typing at my office

lost about the first 45 minutes of the show
so sad
but at least i can keep reliving the rest (my radio today is competing with an ad for the muscial version of reefer madness - it is a bit of a juxtopostion) muhahaha
