Hey folks
My friend Betthynia who is in film grad school with Rooster is looking for a place. She has been in the States for a while - has been doing the higher education thing (santa cruz nyu and now sfsu) but her husband is still in Mexico. They miss each other and they have been working to get him stateside while she finishes her MFA. Now - immigration says he can't work for the first three months he is here - so their budget for housing is low. But I have hung out with her LOTS of times and she is awesome beyond belief. Friendly, mellow and incredibly smart with that combination of brainy but loving regular everyday things and not pretentious that is just awesome. So if you know of a place, have a room that you would be willing to rent to a couple (i asked her about this yesterday and she was into it -she just didn't think anyone would want a couple for roommates so it's not in her posting below), etc - here is her listing. Comment here and I will hook you up with her contact info.

Hello.
I am a nice graduate student looking for a place to live for me and my husband. We are looking to move in on the first of March. Our price range is 600-800dls. We will like a studio or an in-law apartment that allows us privacy (separate entrance). We will like to live in a nice sunny place where we can have access to public transportation and grocery shopping.
