went to the beast yesterday
saw the good pal K and her sweet sweet bebe who barely ever cries even though he is teething. the dogs ran amuck at point isabelle. rooster and i cooked food for K and the sweet potato stew went over smashingly. watched little miss sunshine and a scanner darkly. day before i watched yi yi and heroic trio and devil wears prada. late last night watched episode 1 of the most recent L word. today is a better tomorrow 2 and more l word i assume.

i crawled around under the golden gate bridge after my gym time on weds - me and my cell phone took some pictures like this one 
it's weird to be a local around so many tourists... 10 years here and this was my first time crawling around under the bridge. next time i walk across it. at some point i want to do the 3 mile walk from gg bridge tocliff house and back. funny - if i wanted to i could spend the day doing the walk from my house, to beach, to lands end to gg bridge and back. totally doable...
hmmm




in about an hour i have to go see a man about a horse. then... hopefully gym again. funny how the gym feels like this luxury. but with machines and steam room and sauna - hmmm it can be luxurious.i go back to work next tues. don't wanna. not at all.
