can you make it to part of it? either meet it part way along, or decide a time you have to leave to get back to the center? can you get someone with a bicycle or car or scooter or motorcycle to assist? can you get someone to entertain the QOM crowd if you're a few minutes late? are you generally accurate in your assesment of what you can accomplish in a set amount of time?
If I recall correctly from last year, the march went right by the cafe about 10 minutes before QOM started. You could march that far, and then make an entrance just in time!
