I'm getting something done (my first) by Rocio later this month. She's told me to expect that it will take four hours. Care to share some advice? I have a hard time sitting still for things--what do you usually do to pass the time?

i have a friend come with, a chatty friend, who will tell me stories. :) i also bring my own music to distract or put me in the right headspace. oh... and... i practive pushing my hand into my leg really hard to not notice the owie ;)
