practical updates

emchysome basic information readers of this LJ should know:
1.
the evil downstairs neighbor is GONE. GONE GONE GONE GONE!!!!
2.
mom's surgery was good, the remaining cells are irregular, radiation may be avoidable, second opinions are being got, diagnosis are good, blood pressure is still scary high, but medication is being adjusted - ie it's looking up!
3.
the niece - it looks like the under developing lung issue is going to be handled by medication, so no big surgery, her heart is still enlarged, they are working on figuring out a non-invasive solution there as well. she probably still has shone's but for now, the diagnosis is better.
