ok. whiny. also, it feels like the new orleans news is starting to be more controlled, ie the presidential propaganda machine and news black out feels like it is beginning. ugh.

Date: 2005-09-04 08:23 pm (UTC)that's because it is. the president of jefferson parish said yesterday that FEMA cut their emergency communication lines. they were reconnected and he posted armed guards to protest them. the feds don't want local officials talking to the media anymore.
