Job Title: Development Associate

Equality Federation, the national alliance of statewide lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocacy organizations, is hiring a Development Associate to support the planning and
implementation of the Federation’s fundraising activities and programs. Reporting to the Director of Development Programs, the Development Associate will be involved in all aspects of the Federation’s revenue-generating activities, including direct mail, efundraising, major gifts, events, grants and planned giving and will have primary responsibility for processing and tracking gifts, producing acknowledgments, entering gift information in donor
database and assuring accuracy of information in the donor database.
The Development Associate will also work with the Director of Development Programs on the planning and implementation of programmatic activities including fundraising trainings, direct assistance, plan development and other work as assigned.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Development Programs and is based in San Francisco, California.
