K'v on Sunday

You know I really want to post this in that boom monster truck rally voice

because this SUNDAY is going to be so awesome.
Fran Varian and a mystery guest writer are going to be rocking the K'v stage.
Have you been to K'v? It's wacky, they have drinks that you pay for and popcorn that is free.
They have a moody red light that swings all David Lynch like and illuminates performers with mysterious and sexy shadows. Yes that's right - illuminates with shadows.
They have a pool table in the middle of the room. Seriously - it's like being in your very own art movie. And all the cool kids hang out on the sidewalk and smoke like they're in a revolutionary movie, prolly one from France. It's pretty neato.

How often do you get THAT for $1 - $3 sliding scale?

Anyway - if you don't know her work, Fran is the total shit. Seriously amazing and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
