More about Tara
Tara Jepsen is a writer and filmmaker from Oakland, California. She
toured extensively with all-girl roadshow Sister Spit 1997-1999. With
Beth Lisick she wrote, directed and acted in two short films: "Fumbling
Toward Rock: The Miriam and Helen Story" and "Diving for Pearls" which
won the Most Innovative Short award at the Seattle Lesbian and Gay Film
Festival. She occasionally performs as the Mitzi half of estrogen
comedy juggernaut Carole Murphy and Mitzi Fitzsimmons. She is currently
at work on her first novel, titled "Like a Dog".
