staying home sick to give yourself some mental health and a break and o boy is it needed only to get real sick and not feel good and have the nausea of late june return in force andstart to get all stupid and emotional just because you don't feel good when the whole damn point of the day was to stay home and feel good

well it just sux

ended the night with a steam burn from trying to cook after drinkning wine on an empty cranky stomach

can today PLEASE be a better day

we should create a list of "good to rent when sick / emotionally exhausted movies" that way the video stores can't do that overwhelm and make you leave with nothing thing - because that sucks, and i have so been there

yeah, this was all breakup related as far as i go, then melted out -- it was, i saw it with HER, with HER, etc. Never know where the triggers are. Sorry about the steam burn. Are you ocming out to writing group tonight?
