odds are good that i am sick
i was wondering
sometimes that overwhelming sad of yesterday is really my body translating the I DON"T FEEL GOOD to my brain
and my brain say oh so we're sad? lets dredge up things to be sad about then. instead of reading it as - oh so we're run down and fighting something off - now i get it.

I've had the experience a couple times of having a sustained, otherwise inexplicable weeping fit one day...and the next day running a fever. Oh.
