in other news i got a desk today! the dream desk i wanted turned up on craigslist pretty cheap o i drove down to burlingame to get it. now this is a two bookcases that attach to a desk set up. i cannot believe i got all three of these six foot tall crazy things in and on my car in such a way that nothing broke. i also cannot believe that i hauled those fuckers up to the apt by myself and my shoulders are paying for it now. i tried to disassemble for each of transport but it was a no go. so now my desk looks awesome. and i realize i have no chair. hilarious. for the time being i am sitting on an old empty short bookcase.
so i spent the gorgeous hot day moving furniture getting organized and getting dehydrated. rooster comes back from la tomorrow. i miss her.
