Execute strategic partnership deliverables at major film festivals, markets and events.

Technical Support Engineer As a technical support engineer, you will help customer to resolve technical issues via jaman forums or phone discussions. You will be working closely with our customers to reproduce issues and submit bug reports. You will also be Interfacing with both engineering and product management departments to decide the best course of actions in handling issues.

Technical skills we look for: Understanding of common windows application debugging steps. Understanding of Browser operation for IE/Firefox/Safari Understanding of common Networking issues and ability to diagnose problems. Ability to diagnose issues on Mac and Linux a big plus.
