emchytonight was amazing. people rocked my world on the mic and i don't think honestly that anyone didn't kick ass.
goodbadgirl blew me away as always. but even more so. i mean - DAMN. like i read that piece and still hearing you read it. it's like i can't even believe i know you you're so bad ass. seriously. how do you do that? wow. you're just amazing. you are so the perfect example of why i ever curate. the secret of curating is booking people that you personally really want to hear read. and no - i didn't curate this reading at all. but damn there are like 5 people in the world i will always fuck up any schedule i have to try and see and darling you are so one of them. good fucking job.
also ali liebegott, non livejournaler, so so amazing. when i hear her read the subtle. the sweet. the naive want of something that wasn't there to begin with. a dream we all got sold that she tries to cash in on. i love it. i love hearing her. omg. always love it in this not overstated super subtle sort of brilliant way. so good.
should i go on? i mean all of the readers were good. great even. i think i am too tired to blah blah about everyone. meliza ruled it. sherilyn rocked it. tara ruled despite illness. i mean, the people were GOOD tonight.
