the amazing fucking dyke bar that opened in the 70's lasted lasted lasted and then closed in the early 90's
(Rooster was there for the closing and...gasp... still has her membership card!!!)

Of course, in my dyke days in the 80s, I went there. Thursday nights were the good ones. I also was surprised when I saw this sign; they did it last year as well, and I was quite taken by it.
