this is a forward from my friend leah aka betsy battleaxe. she is my top myspace friend if you want to learn more about her. she is calling her house "the frat house" - i have been there often and never seen an actual frat party. or party at all. so don't be scared away thinking it is an all hours animal house type bar. they drink but are not alcoholics. i digress... her house needs a third renter. are you looking for a place to live? here is her message...
HEY, so The Frat House (MY HOUSE!!) needs another housemate.
The room is pretty big. We have a large fenced-in yard and a nice porch on the front of the house. The apartment is on the main level of a large house. The location is Garfield and 28th st, so it is in the Uptown/Whittier/Lyn-Lake area.
2 of us live here now. We are in our 20s, veg*an, and queer-identifying. We have 2 large dogs and 1 cat and could consider adding another animal to our household. Rent is $400, utilities included. We split DSL/wireless ($18/each per mo.) Laundry in the basement ($2 per load/free dryer). NO DRUGS. Smoking allowed outside only.
Move in date: March 1 or sooner!
