i love this weekend in sf
the leather can be seen in all places
it's welcoming fall
like michigan has leaves and football games
our light gets warmer, the real warm weather hits town
and all of the pervy interesting queers start getting busy and readying themselves
folsom is tomorrow
and i love it
not because i am going
but because it is there
and it is so fucking good

on another note.
dinner party tonight was a success.
romanesco salad, roasted asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon, curried veg stew, brownies
it seemed to go over well.

there are about six rainchecks outstanding for the 'u helped us pack' food - and i am so excited for people to cash them
everyone went home now
and the fog has rolled in
onto the street and into the windows
a chill in the air of the apartment
i know the mission is warm
but tonight
the chill makes home
feel even warmer.

the cool of fall used to make me want to paint my nails dark colours and smoke clove cigarettes

I think I still own many bottles of nail polish which are brand new except for one or two applications.
