emchyespecially san franciscans - we got some shit going on in our various districts and school boards and propositions until we're blue in the face - so read up and get your vote on

and PLEASE VOTE NO ON PROP 62!
it sounds pretty - but the reality is that it could mean the end of even a two party system as it would be possible (and some say manipulatively probable) to end up with two repulican candidates on your candidate ballot instead of a multi party ticket. a similar measure was used in Louisiana to help get David Duke on the ballot for govenor
oh yea and NO ON PROP L
it would basically bankrupt many local film festivals and give lots of cash to a non profit with no ofice and no staff
now that i sound like the ballot book
it has been a long day and i am feeling all the pains of being an admin drone
the lack of respect
the drudgery
the complete bullshit
i cannot even think about anything except election crap right now
and i kind of wish I was drunk on someones roof
in a town small enough to see the stars
and warm enough to need just a sweater
so me and my pal could drink our whiskey
and smoke cigarettes
while we talked about our crushes, our place in the world, our futures
navel gaze right into that angst
and not even realize
how much goddamn fun it was
