Also, I know this is totally off topic, but can ya help a sista out? A friend of mine, [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] was recently the victim of homophobic discrimination at her job and she recently posted about it on her journal. I'm trying to figure out how to get the word out about what happened to her and maybe organize some kind of boycott on Albertson's.
I know she really needs advice and support right now...and I thought that since you worked at the LGBT center maybe you'd know more about organized activism than I do...
