so my oh my what a WET fucking weekend. today i had the uber efficient of errands. can i share? i have to share. so i went to the local petfood store, sportmart in daly city, walgreens and safeway in westlake and home in under 90 minutes. this involved one simple purchase, one return, a grocery trip for my inlaws and a prescription drop off and pick up. check my swift errand running skills. omg.

it of course all fell apart later when we dropped the groceries off to the inlaws and the socializing happened which meant by the time we got to the "superfast rainbow run" to get just some apples, some cajun mustard and some coffee we were all hungry spacey children and it took three and half hours to take groceries to SF, get groceries in sf, stop at office place next door to groceries and get home.

it really does all even out someplace.

in other news - my accordion lesson that i hadn't practiced for on saturday went well AND i brought my baby home. in funny synchronicity - my teacher decided i should take it home regardless of it being paid off or not. and i had decided to just suck it up and pay it off to bring it home. worked out perfect. but now that it's home she gave me hella homework. one hour a day of practicing. just finished todays homework. man i am going to have some buff accordion player shoulders. seriously.

in other other news - while listening to a mix from smallstages while doing errands i wrote a song. so i bought some cassettes and recorded it tonight in order to not forget the tune. good times. yay.

in other other other news - this may not be the worst storm i have seen in SF - but it's up there - i can hear the wind howling and that's something that we just don't get in this apt usually. common on the 4th floor of the victorian in the haight. here on the second floor of a square brick building WAAAAY less common.  i am humbled by the pretty and the power of it.
