1. to breathe
2. while people you like are all around - people who 'get you' are few and far between
3. animals are innocent, noble and full of love. they deserve all of the good we as chosen owners / caretakers can possibly give, and then more.
4. when seeing an arty show - if you sit in the front and cry a lot - the performer might notice - this is ok. your friends might mention it later. try not to feel embarassed for reacting. reacting is good.

interesting fact of the night
currently i can feel emotions, well the negative / super strong ones, roll through the nerves of my arms like lava. burning. alive feeling. sharp lighting currents for the adrenaline of almost accidents. slow waves of liquid fire for the soul hurty and sobs. i wonder if i will lose this when my arms heal.
