amazing wonderful things:

anything chamomile scented - it's a great tea, but who knew as a shampoo, lotion, handsoap, it smells like the most calm happy relaxing day in a field of fresh love - awwwww wonderful - and chamomile honey - it borders on the sacred

straw flowers - i often forget about these until fall, and then see them around. i need a bouquet of straw flowers. need. it's not a want. it's a need. this isn't the perfect pic - it doesn't have the oranges and yellows so rich they're only a breath from the brown of trees - but it's a sample


tangent:
who remembers voice of the beehive? i have one of their songs "oh love" stuck in my head - i may have to go pull out the record and put it on the turntable...i remember i won a new wave trvia contest from the underground music show on my hometown radio station and that's how i got that record. love it.

eta: i also love acorns. acorns are awesome. using the top cap as a whistle - so good.


oh and maple seedlings - playing the helicopter game with them... ahhhh goodness
