fell off the wagon

a co-worker brought in krspy kremes
i have become homer simpson with a sludge of sweet and sticky drool falling onto my keyboard
rollercoaster of happy, hyper, tired, nauseous all in the last 45 minutes
i think i have gained five pounds since i got to work
this time around atkins is harder than ever before
this is twice off the wagon this week
both times illness feeling came
yuck - not worth it
i keep touching the hot stove
i keeping kicking myself for the burn

coffee is a-ok
alchohol - sure
sugar i must stay away, you're pretty but i always hate myself in the morning
