Used to be. I just bought (gawd that sounds so grown up) a house in North Oakland with the boyfriend in late August. We're about 10 blocks from Iliscrilpod. One of the many reasons I've vanished from the internet was an almost 1/2 year long search and purchase. Nothing is happening quickly in the housing market these days.
