today i walked into work and around my day with my head held higher. not sure why. i had night sweats and a fever and tossed and turned and got really no rest yesterday. but the day was good.  some bumps and frustrations but good. dinner was made by rooster and waiting for me and it was pan glazed chicken - hot damn it was tasty! and then rehearsal rocked and we wrote three new songs all three of which we'll premiere at next mondays hubba hubba. now if only i didn't feel like an exhausted person once 930 hit. sigh.

there was no work out today as planned but there were morning pages.
 and tomorrow is another day.
