quick and dirty

so thankfully - after calling in the committee it got determined that even if it meant taking myself on a damn date - i needed to leave the house

thankfully - last minute went over and saw a friends new apt, watched some bad cable, opted not to pay $18 for bellydancing and so went to the castro for a free movie instead (eating out - showing through thurs go see it!!!)

totally hyper spastic conversation that occassionally touched on the dark and difficult places but mostly left us both feeling better

tomorrow will be productive
tonight wasn't and i am glad for it
my friend in nyc told me that if i did any work tonight - housework, writing work or otherwise that he wouldn't be my friend anymore. and then asked me not to hold him to it if i got too neurotic. what a perfect thing to say to kick my ass to leave the house
