AtomFilms.com (http://www.atomfilms.com), a division of MTV Networks, is an online video pioneer and one of today’s leading digital brands for original independent entertainment. We're looking for a talented product manager with 3+ years analyzing business needs, developing detailed requirements and managing the implementation of new features and functionality for our website. This position is located at AtomFilms’ downtown
Responsibilities
• Help manage the product roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing new features and functionality.
• Track and report on key business metrics, competitive analysis, market research and community behavior patterns to drive product design decisions.
• Gather complex requirements and generate detailed functional design documents.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement new features and functionality; manage timelines, delivery dates, risk assessment and intra-company communication.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Expert analytical and quantitative skills
• Deep knowledge of Web development processes
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Deep knowledge of online community development a plus
• Background with online media sites, advertising or streaming video a plus
• BS or equivalent experience
