Come one come all, this Friday Sept 9th is the one, the only, Queer Open Mic One Year Anniversary, Hurrican Fundraiser, and Virgo Spectacular!

Featuring: Daphne Gottlieb, Lauren Wheeler, Meliza Banales, Michelle Tea, horehound stillpoint, Thea Hillman, solidad decosta and Tara Jepsen (just added). Can we fit this much talent in one room? Hell, wait until you see the audience!!!
The most famous and infamous writers in San Francisco are serving up some extra fierce fabulousness for you and yours! Please note, there will no be no open mic reading on Friday as this is an extra special FEATURES ONLY night. Since it is a fundraiser, the cover is $1 - 10+ with no one turned away for lack of funds. Special bday gifts to everyone who makes a donation.* Dressing up and wearing glitter is strongly encouraged.
The fun starts at 8pm
It all happens at the Three Dollar Bill Cafe
1800 Market St @ Octavia.
The QOM will resume to the usual fabulousness with many open mic-ers on 9/23 when we welcome K. Anne Rickertson and give a rousing homecoming to Cooper Lee as our features.
*dependent on the reliability of the US Postal Service. As of today, the presents are still in transit. YIPES!
