"Please vote NO on prop 98- which will alter eminent domain law but also- as a sidebar- destroy all rent control ordinances state-wide. Also, please vote YES on prop 99- which would accomplish everything 98 is claiming it will accomplish, but without striking rent control- and which, if it gets more votes than 98, will strike 98.

I mention this as someone who would like to continue residing in this state, who will be unable to do so if 98 passes."
