queer open mic community

I have made a separate queer open mic community to put all of the QOM listings.

Please join :) and feel free to link to the community posts about QOM when you're feeling like spreading the word about events.
I will still give the bare bones heads up here - but it makes more sense for it to have it's very own home. I encourage folks to join the community - post pics from QOM's to it, talk about shows, what have you. QOM is a labor of love but it is a labor and I recognize that my journal isn't always the appropriate place for folks to discuss the shows they saw or if they're going or etc.
I will ALSO be using the community to post about other queer lit events in sf - so if you have something you want to promote it's totally appropriate to post it over there too.
Hopefully this will mean that folks can connect around the QOM without my or Mo's direct involvement since although we're the hosts - the event really belongs to the folks who attend it and perform.
