moon like a big fat egg

tonight while coming home late from work the moon was just over the horizon - close enough to land that the illusion of big fat lush orb just stared at me from in between the trees and the church steeple.
otherworldly. whitish blue and beautiful.
and then i realized.
the last full moon - i watched it rise just over the horizon between swamp trees with green mist rolling over its surface.
otherworldy. bloody orange. and beautiful.

i may not know where the path is leading these days.
but it seems like surely - there will always be beauty.

There's really nothing like a full moon peaking between kudzu & cypress trees.My best confessional lies somewhere between the Texas Louisiana state line and before Alabama.
