well the day started out awesome
and so i stopped at my deli and got a hardboiled egg
my usual bfast of happy

90 minutes later waves of nausea and an ashen complexion sent me home
apparently i am still grey

i now can keep down tea and (we're at what 6 hours since i ate the egg) one small piece of mozzarella cheese.

ugh

so much for gypsy jazz tonight

aw, how awful! I hope you get better soon. maybe you can tell the deli and they can do something to compensate like give you a gift certificate or something to make up for it. uck. I hate when I eat out somewhere (especially something so small and simple) and it ends up making me horribly sick. ugh. so sorry! get well soon!

ugh. just did 2 days down with food poisoning myself.

90 min is too fast for that to kick in -- there IS a tummy bug going around though -- vicious from what i hear. 3 folks at bi rite are out with it.

lots of fluid, lots of rest...
