just so you know
i still love san francisco. today was ideal in a whole buncha ways. i feel like my city welcomed me home with open arms and big big love and just enough summer and salt in the air to remind me that i do know where my bread is buttered. san francisco is so my primary. I am happy to negotiate to see my fling now and then - but the city of saint francis has my heart.
and in other news. i want a flask. specifically - though i tend to be a tradionalist and always wanted some sort of 20's style hoohaw with engraving and shit - i saw this one in LA and now i think - i may actually need TWO flasks because this one is so cool.
however i didn't buy it (and two other things) when there - and now the internet is failing me to be buying it from here.
sigh. but isn't it fucking AMAZING - OMG.
anyways - home with a pacifico. i got my kitchen cleaned. my groceries bought. more hair dye. made some burgers and am full and happy with all of the windows open while the roo is back at work on the film post dinner. it's been a while since i have felt actually honestly just happy. and for more than just a day or two. this is holding on and though i am afraid to say it - i feel good. i feel lucky.
yep. lucky. blessed. all of the good stuff - i feel like i am appreciating it.
now if i could just find that flask somewhere online where i could actually GET it.
